PerfumeHolic Return & Exchange Policy
1. 7-Day Return Window Â
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all seals intact.
2. Tester Pieces & Box Condition Â
Tester perfumes are sold without box or with damaged box at 70-80% discount. Since this is disclosed before purchase, returns will NOT be accepted for box condition or missing outer packaging.
3. Authenticity Guarantee Â
All products are 100% original. If you can prove the product is not authentic, we will refund double the amount paid. Share supporting proof via email at support@perfumeholic.in within 7 days.
4. Wrong/Damaged/Leaked Product Â
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or leaking product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund including shipping.
5. Non-Returnable Cases Â
Returns are not accepted if: Â
- Seal is broken or product is used Â
- No unboxing video for damage claims Â
- Return request after 7 days Â
- Personal preference of fragrance
6. Refund Process Â
Once we receive & verify the return, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in case of our error.
